At StyleScrub, we facilitate secure and transparent international transactions for our global B2B partners. To maintain our specialized supply chain and provide competitive wholesale pricing for medical apparel, we adhere to the following professional payment structure.

1. The 30/70 Payment Structure

All wholesale and bulk export orders are processed under a standard 30/70 Prepayment Agreement:

• Initial Deposit: A 30% prepayment is required to secure your production slot and lock in current material pricing. This deposit is non-refundable once the order details (styles, sizes, and colors) have been finalized.

• Remaining Balance: The 70% balance payment is due upon completion of production, prior to the dispatch of goods from our facility in Türkiye.

2. Secure Bank Transfers

For security and record-keeping, StyleScrub accepts payments exclusively via Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT/SEPA).

• Verified Accounts: Payment must be made to the specific corporate bank account details clearly stated on your Proforma Invoice (PI).

• Currency: We accept payments in USD ($), EUR (€), or TRY (₺).

• Transaction Fees: To ensure the full invoice amount is settled, all intermediary bank fees and wire transfer charges must be covered by the Buyer. StyleScrub must receive the exact net amount as per the invoice.

3. Order Finalization & Confirmation

• Proforma Invoice: Upon agreeing on order details, you will receive an official Proforma Invoice. This document serves as the binding contract for your order.

• Production Start: Production or processing of inventory will commence only after the 30% initial deposit has been confirmed by our finance department.

• Proof of Payment: To expedite your order, please send a digital copy of the transfer receipt (MT103) to info@stylescrub.com.

4. Final Sale & No-Cancellation Policy

In alignment with our [Return Policy], the payment of the 30% deposit constitutes a binding agreement. Once production begins:

• Orders cannot be cancelled.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Balance payments must be settled within 5 business days of the "Ready for Shipment" notification.

5. International Customs & Duties

Please note that all prices quoted are EXW (Ex-Works) unless otherwise stated. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their destination country.
