B2B Terms: Shipping & Returns Policy

At StyleScrub Türkiye, we provide premium medical workwear and wholesale scrub solutions to healthcare facilities and distributors worldwide. To maintain our competitive B2B pricing and ensure the highest hygiene standards for medical environments, we operate under a strict Final Sale policy for all international and bulk orders.

1. Final Sale Commitment

All wholesale purchases, custom-branded scrubs, and bulk export orders are considered Final Sale. As a B2B supplier , StyleScrub does not offer returns, refunds, or "change of mind" exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped from our facility in Türkiye.

2. Sanitary & Hygiene Protocol

As a specialist supplier of medical workwear, StyleScrub maintains strict quality control over our inventory to ensure every client receives brand-new, unworn apparel. Due to the specific nature of medical garments and the environments in which they are used, we cannot verify the sanitary integrity of items once they have left our facility.

To protect the health and safety of our global B2B partners and their medical staff, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any medical scrubs, lab coats, or surgical apparel. This policy ensures that we never inadvertently redistribute items that have been exposed to external environments, maintaining a standard of high-quality, sealed goods for all our customers.

3. Strict 24-Hour Inspection Period

We take immense pride in Turkish textile quality. Upon delivery, the buyer must inspect the shipment immediately. Any claims regarding models defects or quantity discrepancies must be filed within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Documentation Required: To initiate a claim, you must provide high-resolution photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the specific defect.

  • Resolution: If a manufacturing defect is verified by our QC team, StyleScrub reserves the right to either replace the specific defective units or issue a credit note toward your next order. No cash refunds will be issued.

4. Custom & Private Label Orders

Orders involving custom colors, specific fabric blends, or private label branding (embroidery/logos) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Once the production proof is approved by the client, the order is locked for preparation.

5. Freight & Logistics

In the highly exceptional case that a return is authorized by StyleScrub management:

  • Restocking Fee: A mandatory 40% restocking and administrative fee will be applied.

  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all original shipping costs, return freight, and any Turkish import duties/customs fees incurred during the return process.

  • RMA Requirement: Any package sent back without a written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be rejected and abandoned at the port; no credit will be issued.

6. Order Accuracy & Samples

To avoid sizing issues, we strongly encourage B2B clients to review our Detailed Size Guide or purchase a Sample Set before placing a bulk order. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the selected styles and sizes meet their local market requirements.
